I'm Anson Roberts. I manage short-term rental properties in Colorado and operate a commercial HVAC maintenance company on the Front Range. The PM CRM I built and operate daily. Handles multi-tenant office buildings, light industrial facilities, and restaurant chains across the Colorado Front Range. This is the system behind FilterSwap's scheduling, account management, and recurring service workflows.

What this is

Tailored Intelligence works with operators of $500K–$5M service businesses — commercial trades, field-service shops, facilities-dependent operations — who have a working business and a broken or nonexistent sales and ops system.

The work is: build the list, build the outreach, build the lead-to-quote workflow, run it for 90 days, hand you a running system. Not a strategy deck. Not a discovery call that leads to a proposal that leads to a roadmap.

The full build. Fixed scope over 90 days: targeted list, outbound system, lead-to-quote workflow — built, tested, and running in your business. Month-to-month retainer continues at $499/mo (self-managed) or $999/mo (we handle execution). No annual contract.

Embedded ops support. I work inside your systems — scheduling, lead handling, retention loops — on a sustained basis. Accountable to outcomes, not hours logged.

The conditional revenue share

For the right fit — one case-study slot — I take 15% of net new revenue attributable to the 90-Day Sprint. Capped at $13,500 lifetime, measured over 18 months from sprint kickoff.

That means: if the sprint doesn't produce, I don't collect. The cap means there's a hard ceiling on what it costs you if it works well. And in return, I ask for reference rights — a case study I can share with future clients.
