Book the Sprint →Embedded ops support. I work inside your systems — scheduling, lead handling, retention loops — on a sustained basis. Accountable to outcomes, not hours logged.
Talk about Fractional →For the right fit — one case-study slot — I take 15% of net new revenue attributable to the 90-Day Sprint. Capped at $13,500 lifetime, measured over 18 months from sprint kickoff.
That means: if the sprint doesn't produce, I don't collect. The cap means there's a hard ceiling on what it costs you if it works well. And in return, I ask for reference rights — a case study I can share with future clients.
